SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the promotional career-opportunity SMS program operated by RECRUITMENT & ENGINEERING PRODUCTS & SERVICES INC for people who have affirmatively opted in.
1. Program description
RECRUITMENT & ENGINEERING PRODUCTS & SERVICES INC may send recurring promotional Marketing SMS messages about available positions, recruiting opportunities, and career updates.
2. How to opt in
Users opt in only by providing a valid mobile number and selecting the separate, optional, unchecked Marketing checkbox at https://recruitmentengineering.net/career-opportunities. Consent is not a condition of applying for employment, receiving services, or purchasing goods or services.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies, approximately 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. RECRUITMENT & ENGINEERING PRODUCTS & SERVICES INC does not charge a separate fee for text messages.
4. Opt out
Reply STOP to opt out. RECRUITMENT & ENGINEERING PRODUCTS & SERVICES INC may send one final confirmation that the opt-out request was processed. New valid consent through the Career Opportunities form is required before Marketing SMS messages may resume after an opt-out.
5. Help

6. Eligibility and delivery
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the mobile number submitted. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how RECRUITMENT & ENGINEERING PRODUCTS & SERVICES INC handles information. Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging vendors and carriers may process mobile information only as necessary to operate and deliver the requested SMS program.
8. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue the messaging program or these terms as permitted by law. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where additional consent is required.
