8. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted access, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. REPS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, subject to any separately agreed terms.

SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern text messages sent by Recruitment & Engineering Products & Services Inc. to people who have affirmatively opted in.
1. Program description
Recruitment & Engineering Products & Services Inc. (“REPS”) may send informational and service-related text messages concerning an inquiry, requested follow-up, scheduling, service coordination, or relevant account or project status. Promotional messages will be sent only where separately permitted and consented to.
2. How to opt in
You may opt in by entering your mobile number and selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our Contact page, or by providing clear written consent through another REPS communication channel. The checkbox is not preselected. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of receiving non-SMS services.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. REPS does not charge a separate fee for text messages.
4. Opt out
Reply STOP to any REPS text message to opt out. We may send one final confirmation that your opt-out request was processed. After opting out, you will not receive additional messages from that program unless you affirmatively opt in again. Other commonly recognized opt-out keywords may also be honored.

6. Eligibility and delivery
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the mobile number provided. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Mobile information and text-message opt-in data or consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to messaging service vendors only as necessary to operate the program.
8. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue the messaging program or these terms as permitted by law. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where additional consent is required.
